OverDrive, Inc. and its affiliates (“OverDrive”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides digital content, software applications, technology services and hosted websites for third parties. In the event you have the option to provide your email address to us, such as for a notification of library hold availability, OverDrive will not use your email address for any other purposes than the specified use. OverDrive will not send you any communications without your consent.

What if I share information with others while using the OverDrive Services?

While using OverDrive’s Services, you may enjoy opportunities to post reviews, rate digital content, and share digital content information with others in public forums and on social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Goodreads. We are not responsible for any third party’s use of information you publicly display or disclose through our Services.

What happens when I visit an external website not related to OverDrive’s Services?

Our Services may include links to non-OverDrive websites, outside the control of OverDrive. Is my information transmitted to other countries?
