Create customized title selection profiles for your library collection. Each profile can be narrowed by author, series, review sources or publishers and further limited to only include titles not already in your collection. Set a purchase schedule and a budget and your Smart List will take care of the rest.
Automate purchases of the most wanted titles in your collection. You set the ratio of holds to purchases and a budget—Holds Manager helps keep your wait list short.
Patron Driven Acquisition
As part of the WIN Catalog, your patrons can browse and recommend titles that aren’t already in your collection. You can use this information to manually measure patron interest or automate a purchase schedule for recommended titles. Your staff can control the number and frequency of patron recommendations to more carefully manage your budget.
MARC Records Options
MARC records provide integration of OverDrive digital content with your library’s online catalog for increased discoverability. eBiblioFile and OCLC provide full, ready-to-load records in MARC21 format for a per-record fee, and OverDrive’s free MARC Express offers minimum, ready-to-load records in MARC21 format. UK libraries with a BDS subscription receive full, ready-to-load records in MARC21 or UKMARC formats.
