Discover Your New Favorite Spring Picks With Overdrive’s Librarians
Thanks to everyone who joined us recently for Spring Picks from OverDrive Librarians webinar! Maria, Holly, Sydney, and I had a great time discussing all the great books we’re excited for and sharing our favorite Kanopy picks.
While we first discussed these reads in the heart of winter, we were thrilled to explore spring reads for warmer days. The webinar explored our spring picks geared toward Adult audiences from a range of publishers. We talked about mysteries and thrillers (all of which delivered on amazing covers, in addition to exciting plots), fantasies ranging from historical to epic, poetry for every reader, and cookbooks that will leave you drooling. We hope you’re just as excited as we are about these spring book releases! And with each of these genres, we had a Kanopy pick that could be paired with the books and may spark your creativity for related programming ideas.
If you weren’t able to join us live, don’t worry! You can still visit the Resource Center to watch on-demand or view a PDF of the presentation. We also have the entire list of titles covered in the webinar, including our bonus picks that we didn’t have time to talk about. You can browse and shop all of them in OverDrive Marketplace.
You can also explore the Resource Center for more shopping and curation inspiration with lists like OverDrive Librarians’ Picks for Spring 2025, Most Anticipated Books for Winter, and more. And don’t forget to check out Shelf Express for public libraries if you’re interested in receiving automated carts based on best sellers and other librarian favorite lists that will help you save time.
If you have any questions, you can always reach out to your Digital Content Librarian. We hope to see you in April when we’ll be looking ahead to book picks for the summer!
