This National Library Week, Your Support Goes Further: Donations to ALA Are Matched 2:1

National Library Week is a time to celebrate the essential role libraries play in education, access, and community life. This year, that impact goes even further.

In celebration of the American Library Association’s 150th anniversary, The Steve and Loree Potash Family Foundation will match every qualifying gift 2:1 during National Library Week (April 19–25). That means every dollar donated is tripled, turning $1 into $3 in support of advocacy, leadership development, and programs that strengthen libraries nationwide.

At a time when libraries face growing demands and complex challenges, this campaign helps fuel the work that supports library professionals and the communities they serve. We encourage library leaders and advocates to participate and share this opportunity within their networks.
