Attendees of the TCEA Convention & Exposition are encouraged to stop by booth 1325 to learn more

CLEVELAND, Jan. 30, 2025 – Educators now have an even easier way to connect enriching resources with digital books, thanks to a new integration between Sora, the student reading app, and TeachingBooks, an engaging collection of resources that bring books to life and a trusted resource for enriching literacy instruction. With this integration, users can seamlessly access any ebook or audiobook in their Sora collection directly from TeachingBooks with just one click.

When logged into TeachingBooks after activating this feature, a Sora logo will appear next to any title already available in their district’s Sora collection. Clicking the logo will take users directly to that title in Sora, streamlining access to reading materials and saving time for educators.

“This integration is all about making resources more streamlined for educators,” said Nick Glass, founder of TeachingBooks. “By linking TeachingBooks’ rich literary resources with Sora’s vast digital collection, we’re providing a seamless experience that allows educators to easily see what content is in their digital library while looking for instructional resources.”

Sora and TeachingBooks will showcase this new integration at the TCEA Convention & Exposition in Austin, Texas, from February 1-5, 2025. Attendees are invited to visit Booth 1325 in the exhibit hall to learn more and see the integration in action.

Sora and TeachingBooks are both OverDrive platforms, the industry’s leading provider of ebooks, audiobooks, digital magazines, video, and other digital content. To learn more about activating this feature, visit: https://TeachingBooks.net/SoraTB.
