Early this week we shared some of our favorite children’s book quotes to celebrate Children’s Book Week. These were very well received and since stealing an idea is totally cool if it’s your own idea we thought we’d share a few more inspiring messages from the books we grew up loving.
It’s important to remember that, no matter what someone looks like, we are all human beings. Respect and equality are essential in life and the way someone looks does not define them as a person.
No one is entirely perfect and no one is entirely bad. They are many aspects that make us who we are. It’s important to find the balance in all things.
Regardless of how talented someone is we must always remember that how you decide to use that talent is what truly defines the person you are.
Adventures and new life experiences are always out there waiting for you and, sometimes, they pop up when you least expect them to. Always remember to have ~courage, dear heart~.
What makes your accomplishments special is the time and dedication you put into them. You may be applauded for reaching the destination, but how you made the journey is what defines you.
I hold in my soul the fact that nothing is more powerful than belief. However, you can’t simply decide to put your heart behind an idea. You have to practice. Choose things that move you daily and put your emotions into them. The more you do it, the easier it gets and the better you’ll feel.
We end where we began, with the good doctor. You can make your life anything you want it to be. So lace up your shoes and decide what you want to make of yourself. After all, your mountain is waiting…
