Last summer, we launched our new quarterly online magazine, Perspectives on Reading. The publication focuses on trends in the reading world, and since it’s launch we’ve featured the secret influence parents’ reading habits have on their children, the importance of organizations like We Need Diverse Books, statistics on reading and interviews with industry movers and shakers. Our website www.perspectivesonreading.com has all of this and more, including infographics and videos with thought leaders, all of which highlight the importance of reading.

The third edition of Perspectives on Reading is coming in late March, and we want you to be a part of it! Story submissions are open now, so if there’s something you’d like to see featured or discussed, we want to hear from you. Whether it’s a unique program you think other libraries can adopt, how schools are evolving their approach to reading or a local member of your community who’s making a big impact in your city, we want to know about it!

We’ll be accepting story ideas over the next few weeks, so if there’s something you think the reading world needs to know about, we want to hear from you!
