A COVID-19 update from OverDrive
Dear Library and School partners,
OverDrive is in the process of assembling a series of digital content options to respond to the challenges your communities are facing. The goal is to serve the maximum number of readers at the lowest cost per circ. This will include free and low-cost Simultaneous Use and Cost-Per-Circ ebook and audiobook collections to serve readers of all ages with low-cost, quality titles. We are working with our publishing partners, asking them to join in this effort. We will provide an update on these offerings early next week.
OverDrive will continue to serve your communities with 24/7/365 access to ebooks and audiobooks. Our team is ready to assist your staff with curating content, managing your digital collection however we can help, providing you with resources to promote digital books to patrons and students, and supporting your readers directly through Libby and Sora.
You can visit the Resource Center for free print and online marketing resources, and staff training webinars and how-to videos. If you have any questions or if we can assist you in any other way, please reach out to your OverDrive Account Manager.
