Superheroes, super savings: Up to 50% off top digital comics to keep kids entertained all summer
Comics and graphic novels are definitely having a moment. Among our school partners, comic usage grew by double-digits between the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years.
Furthermore, among students of every age group, comics were by far the most popular genre and dominated the top-read titles.
We’ve written before about why comics – and digital comics specifically – are so wildly popular. We’ve also covered a lot of the benefits they provide to readers of all ages. But you’ve also probably seen it firsthand in how fast comics fly off your digital “shelves” and how quickly new issues rise among the ranks of the most-read titles (good thing many of Sora’s digital comics are simultaneous-use!).
Comics are an awesome option for summer reading, too. They’re shorter and more accessible than some conventional ebooks, so they’re perfect for car rides short and long, as well as brief breaks in between outdoor adventures. And for your more voracious readers, burning through multiple issues in a day probably isn’t a particularly tall order.
Even if you have a sim-use digital comics package like All Access Comics, there are still instances where it makes sense to purchase new comics or volumes for your collection, especially if you’re seeking to add popular manga series or titles that aren’t included in the current collection.
That’s easier to do during our Comics & Graphic Novels sale (now – July 31). During the sale, save between 25-50% off on comics, manga, graphic novels and more for students of all ages. Participating publishers include ABRAMS, Disney Digital Books, IDW Publishing, Manga Classics, Marvel Entertainment, VIZ Media and many more.
