Effective January 1, 2016, the full Penguin Random House US and Canada eBook catalogs will be available for libraries and schools in the US and Canada under the one copy one user model. All PRH titles purchased will remain in your collection for the life of your OverDrive-powered digital collection. Titles purchased prior to January 1, 2016 will still have the one year term expiration that falls under PRH’s previous lending model.The cap for pricing on all PRH titles has been lowered down to $65 from $85. While most titles will be less than the cap price this means that library partners will not pay more than $65 for any PRH title.

In addition to announcing this new purchasing model, Penguin Random House is offering huge savings on over 1,300 of their classic and bestselling titles includingThe Martian, Fates and Furies, The Girl on the Train and countless others. This sale runs through February 28th and you can find all the sale titles in our Marketplace Alert. There you can save time (and money) by shopping the entire collection or breaking it down by titles you don’t currently own and those you currently have holds lists on.

Promotional pricing ends on Sunday, February 28. New regular prices will take effect on Monday, February 29.
