Tools to Help Users with Common OverDrive Questions

How do I return titles early? How do I curate collections in Marketplace? How do I merge a user’s original and new IDs? These questions may sound familiar. They’re a few of the more common questions sent to our Support team. We’re here to help you find the answers you need to make sure your users get the most out of OverDrive.
Both you and your end users can use OverDrive Help to find getting started guides, how-to videos, and troubleshooting articles. If you want to know how to return titles early, we have a guide to walk you through it! The Support tab in Marketplace offers you and your staff even more tools, including the Marketplace User Guide, links to other OverDrive resources, and end-user support tools to manage holds, return titles, merge user IDs, and reset downloads. That’s why we recommend all staff at your library or school have a Marketplace login.
