As we learned at Digipalooza ‘23, many of our public library partners are cutting back on the number of physical DVDs they circulate after discovering Kanopy can fill that gap. This is especially true as paid streaming services continue to rise in price and more of your community start canceling their subscriptions and turning to the library for movie night. With Kanopy, you can provide your patrons some of the best films Hollywood has to offer available to stream on their favorite device. These films are sure to delight current users and bring new users to your digital library. Many of these films are available to library patrons exclusively through Kanopy.

Popular award-winning films* have been added to Kanopy’s robust catalog of films with many more expected in the coming weeks. Oscar nominations are just a few months away, making now the perfect time for your patrons to catch up on past award winners and nominees!  Visit the Kanopy website to learn more.
