3 tips to prep for AASL 2023 (including 1 freebie!)
Are you headed to the American Association of School Librarians National Conference (Oct. 19-21) in Tampa Bay, FL this year?
If so, you won’t want to miss a stop at the Sora booth (Booth #509). You can learn about the latest digital book trends straight from educators just like you, chat or take a selfie with the Sora team, or pick up a special thank you present just for being you!
1. Plan your visit to Booth #509: Add presentations to your calendar
Interested in hearing about how other schools are championing reading success in their districts with ebooks and audiobooks? You can do that – and more! – in our booth. Visit our dedicated AASL Presentations page to check out the presentation schedule, add sessions to your calendar, schedule a meeting and download the floor map. Plus, when you attend an in-booth presentation, you’ll automatically get a chance to win a Sora t-shirt!
And don’t forget: While you’re out on the show floor, you can also give your feet a rest and sit down with one of the Sora reps to talk digital books. Simply reach out and schedule a meeting.
2. Sign up for your Sora Care Package
The last few years have been stressful, and librarians have put a lot on their shoulders. As a token of immense appreciation for all the hard work that you do day in and day out, current Sora partners can sign up for a free care package meant to help you kick back, relax, and most importantly, get a few extra minutes back.
Simply sign up below to get your free care package.
Please note: To receive this care package, you must be a current Sora partner. Limited quantities available – only 3 per school or district while supplies last. The Sora Care Package must be picked up in person at our AASL Booth #509.
3. Follow and tag us on social!
During the conference, let us know you stopped by! Follow us @sorareadingapp on X, Facebook and Instagram, or @OverDrive on LinkedIn, then tag us in any photos you take so we can say hello.
